The Auckland Architecture Association announces its first annual Public Good urban design competition.

This year we reimagine the Dominion Road flyover, reclaimed from Auckland’s traffic as an urban proposition accommodating pedestrians and cyclists, and improving the built environment. Open to everyone, the competition encourages radical thinking and consideration of all possibilities to make this city a better place for everyone.

Full brief and entry details now available on the AAA website, with entries due in the morning on September 28. That evening, to coincide with the end of the Festival of Architecture, join us for drinks and music, and a presentation, discussion and judging session.
